Return Policy

At Old West Cowboy, your satisfaction is important to us. We take pride in offering quality products and friendly service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to assist with a return or exchange in accordance with the policy outlined below.


General Return Guidelines

  • Return eligibility and timeframes vary by product category (see below).
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Items must meet the specific return conditions for their category.
  • Approved returns are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item.
  • Refunds, exchanges, or store credit will be issued based on the return type and item condition.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Footwear

  • Footwear returns must be initiated within 14 calendar days (2 weeks) of the original purchase date.
  • Footwear must be unworn, in original condition, and returned in the original shoe box.
  • Shoes may be tried on indoors only. Items showing signs of wear—including scuffs, dirt, creasing, or sole wear—are not eligible for return.
  • All original packaging, inserts, and tags must be included.
  • Sale or clearance footwear is final sale and not eligible for return or exchange unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

Apparel

  • Apparel returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and returned in original condition with all tags attached.
  • Apparel must be returned in original packaging when applicable.
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, odors, or alterations will not be accepted. Sale or clearance apparel is final sale unless a manufacturing defect is present.

Accessories

  • Accessories returns must be initiated within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date.
  • Accessories (including hats, belts, jewelry, and similar items) must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original tags and packaging.
  • Certain accessories may be considered final sale due to hygiene or wear considerations.
  • Sale or clearance accessories are final sale unless a manufacturing defect is verified.

Manufacturing Defects

  • Items determined to have a manufacturing defect may be eligible for return.
  • Manufacturer-defect returns do not qualify for a cash or card refund.
  • Upon approval, a store credit equal to a percentage of the original purchase price will be issued.
    (The percentage is determined by management based on the item and condition.)
  • Store credit has no cash value and may be used toward a future purchase at Old West Cowboy.
  • All defective items are subject to inspection and approval prior to issuing store credit.

Return Shipping & Errors

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in cases of verified manufacturing defects or errors made on our part.
  • If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact us promptly so we can assist you.
